 So I was playing around with the console on the demo earlier today(sadly only a few commands from DAO are the same) and I discovered somethign interesting. Apparently you get  a spec point every 7 levels. Which means that at level 21 you will be able to have all three specs for your class. I only tested up to 28 before I moved on to something else, but I can't imagine they would stop after giving you more spec points then you can spend without expansions. So yeah, you can buy into all specs in the game.....unless they changed that in a later build. x_x
