This only happened once, during a male warrior Hawke playthrough. I think it might have been a combo of Tab + a fireball that hit after the last darkspawn was killed.
It may not be clearly visible from the third screenshot, but the glow that's clearly visible in the first shot, on Wesley, is also present on Hawke; i.e. it's more than a yellow smudge on ground textures.

I should mention that I don't think anymore it has anything to do with Tab, might still be a fireball as that should be a dynamic light source, and the position of the light source in that instance suggests it could very well have been a fireball bug.
