I do not want this game, it is not what was sold to me. If I had wanted a hack and slash comic kung fu hack and slash game, I would have bought one, so are Bioware going to refund me for my pre ordered game?

In regards to refunds, you should contact whoever you preordered from, as they'd be the ones able to help you with this.
It's unfortunate you feel this way about the game, and I hope future products are more to your liking - however, there's already a thread discussing the demo, so please take your discussion there.
