Can I register my preorder? With all of the different promotional items with preorders, I'm nervous that my retailer (Gamestop) will mess it up and neglect to give me (or inform me how to get) my codes for the DLC. It's happened to me before. Is there a way to record on my Bioware account that i DID preorder?

No I don't think there is. You'll just have to have faith that it'll appear come March 8.
