When my module starts out the character genreation screen background is black and the character is invis. You can mod him, but you can't see anything until the game starts. The UI is visible. I did asearch and found a few other people who posted about the same problem, but have not seen any solutions.
Character gen works fine in other modules - I can't find any differences that would explain the black.
Any ideas or suggestions?

(edit) Found the problem - I was using a char_stage overlay to add custom followers. Char Gen uses the char-stage as well, so when I had a typo in my char_stage file name it messed up char gen and caused the black background.
