So I'm logged into the site fine, logged into the game fine. I've logged out and back in on both; I'm using the same email on both.

I click on the "add points" link in game, or the add in the bottom left of the screen, and it takes me to:

http://social.biowar...p?dest=checkout

And asks me to confirm my password.

Firefox has it prefilled, but I also tried retyping it manually. I've tried hitting enter and clicking the button both, and in any event, I am told:

"The login details you provided were invalid. Please try again"

I'm sort of at a loss as to what to do, since I can log in and out of the site (social.bioware.com) and the game just fine using the same password. (On this "confirm your password" page, there is no field for a username or email, just the password.)

Any advice?

We are currently working on a fix for this issue. The reason it is currently not working for you is because you have a '+' in your email address.

I have the same problem with ending up on http://social.biowar...p?dest=checkout everytime I try to add points, but nothing happens after that. Some help would be appriciated!

I also have the same problem. Every time I click on the link below that AlexTullgren wrote, Opera/Firefox/IE is redirecting me to http://social.biowar...m/user_home.php . How can I get more DLC points?

Ditto up here. I can't buy any points. When I clik on the link to 'Add Bioware Points for PC...' I just cycle back to the same screen again. Is this a bias aganist Canadians? Don't you want my Loonies coverted to Bucks?

Same issue here People reporting similar difficulties on the main page. Who would have thought we would need to fight a branch of EA to give them money? Its' like the freakin twilight zone.

I am unable to purchase bioware points also. i keep getting bumped to the http://social.biowar...m/user_home.php page as well. I have tried different email accounts, deleting my account, re-creating same and different accounts all to no avail. Please I just want to purchase points...what do i need to fix with my profile?

I saw somewhere in the forum that its often our own problem that we cant buy the points, because of our e-mail name. But why it is so I cant really understand=)

Thank you to whomever fixed my account. I'm able to buy points now.

I also submitted my problem on the EA technical support site - so maybe they fixed it (shrug) I don't know who/how - but someone fixed it for me. so ....Thanks!

i am having the same issue with buying points and getting the loop - and my e-mail has no special characters, just standard letters. anyone find a fix for this?

Having the same problem with this, just logged into my account to purchase DA:Origins DLC and getting the same log in issue.

I even changed the password to be sure...is there any way to get past this ?

This is what I found out: Change your password to something without any special characters like @#$!()}{ etc, else it will say that. Then try again, works for me.

This is some kind of bug on BioWare's side. Probably a broken password checker script, which removes those characters and therefore the password is wrong.
