So I'm logged into the site fine, logged into the game fine. I've logged out and back in on both; I'm using the same email on both.

I click on the "add points" link in game, or the add in the bottom left of the screen, and it takes me to:

http://social.biowar...p?dest=checkout

And asks me to confirm my password.

Firefox has it prefilled, but I also tried retyping it manually. I've tried hitting enter and clicking the button both, and in any event, I am told:

"The login details you provided were invalid. Please try again"

I'm sort of at a loss as to what to do, since I can log in and out of the site (social.bioware.com) and the game just fine using the same password. (On this "confirm your password" page, there is no field for a username or email, just the password.)

Any advice?

We are currently working on a fix for this issue. The reason it is currently not working for you is because you have a '+' in your email address.
