Anyone know how, or if, you can change the ea account within the game? I created a new one forgetting I already had one, already have some codes redeemed in the new one, and would like to redeem the DA2 stuff in the new one as well, but when I start the game it automatically has my old one in there. Any thoughts?

Did you ever find an answer to this? I've been struggling for weeks trying to get some DLC from my real EA account. Waiting for EA to hit me back.

Not sure if it'll do what you need, but here's the instructions from the FAQ page (link at the bottom of every one here.)

How can I update my email address?

You cannot update your email address on this site - you would need to go to profile.ea.com to manage the email address associated with your EA account. Note that this would change it for all EA games and sites!

What do you do if you have two accounts and want to delete one or combine them? That's my problem... I ended up with two ea accounts with two email addresses, and a bioware account that uses one of those email address....but my game automatically logs into my ea account that I'd rather not use and I don't see any way to log-out of my ea account on the game title screen - can you do it through a menu in-game?

This is such a a pain. My EA account is under an old email address (says the wrong on when I turn on DA2 on the 360). I already have an account linked up to DA2 but I am not getting ANY of my DLC because the old account is linked. HOW can I change this...I just need to delete the old email account.

create a new xbox 360 or ps 3 account and then u can put whichewer u want

You will need to contact EA... it is a major pain and probably won't be fixed for weeks. But they can do it

ive got a solution for the xbox users, download any ea game demo and sign in with the account you want to use and play it for 15-to 20 minutes and your account should link to your gamertag

does any one know if you get the dlc back for it if you change the account? i got hacked and never knew that they tagged an EA account to my gamertag and now that i have it back i put all of the bonus edition DLC into it. i want it to be on my account not someone else's account. can someone answer this?

The DLC is account specific. For example, if you have your Gamertag linked to an EA Account, and want to unlink it to be linked to a new EA account, your DLC will not transfer with your Gamertag.
However, if you create a new Gamertag and link into the same EA Account, you should be able to access your entitled DLC.

This is such a Ball-ache... ive recently purchaced DA2 and i did all the news letter thing to get that awsome staff thing (petty i know) and i NEED to change over the EA account in DA by i cant and its really bugging me now.. EA get something done, Please

Dragon Age 2, the game, is not here.  The DLC coverage for any of the games is not here.  This is the DEMO, period.

that link is broken, and i found the original one, and it doesnt work as most of the demo's dont have online anymore.  so i would really like to access content i've paid for over the years in buying bioware-ea games.  i don't think i should have to ask you people "please" so that I can get this content.

i'm not trying to sound condescending, but this should have been fixed a long time ago.  its not hard to add a "log me out" option to the games.
