Yeah, how about letting people update their account via the games within the consoles again, EA? Security over freedom... what a hike. I've got the same problem, and EA just wants to choke us to death. What if we're not using that old email address anymore? What if it's deleted? Give us that console freedom back.

How often is it going to be necessary to ask what has this to do with the DA2 Demo?   Account problems have ALWAYS been a matter for the official tech support people.

now i am totally angry. I made a mistake with the e-mail adress when i registered and EA did not even pick it up. Now when I want to re-activate my game, which is dragon age 2 by the way, because I had to replace some hardware on my pc, I am not allowed, as the system says the product key is already registered. Why do EA games not make provision for things like this. I have not even finished playing my game and paid a fortune for it. THIS SUCKS!!!!!!
