Not doubting you -- we've seen other comments along similar lines -- but do you by chance have a link? It'd set people's minds at ease.

I can't find it.  However, now they're saying "The downloadable item, Ring of Whispers, unique code will be sent to each user on launch date of Dragon Age II."

Just talked to a very nice customer support lady and she said you did not have to put the ring in your cart in order to receive the code and they are in fact e-mailing the codes tommorrow.

Heh, yeah, neither did the Epic Weapons website guys, who put on the promo page that the codes would be emailed when the order was shippid.

Got my Collector's Warden Sword Letter Opener today. Looks pretty sweet, nice piece to have. Haven't received a code yet though.

Did you notice that you could change the quantity? I changed mine to QTY 5, then had it out with them over the phone. No where on the site or through the ordering process was the quantity limited to one. They eventually agreed that it does not and that I have a valid, processed order for 5 and they will email five codes. Haha!
