Has anyone bought one of the coasters? I want one, but if it's all nickel, won't the glass have a tendency to slide off very easily?

I typically keep my coasters/glasses on a level surface anyway, so I don't really foresee a problem. When mine arrive I can let you know though

Hahah its funny out of all the pre order items this is the only one I want. Unfortunately its the only one im not going to get how ironic hahah. Actually man this is too funny Just out of all the DLC nothing is really rogue oriented until this and the bow I guess.

On the Epic Weapons site it says the product is temporarily disabled or unavailable. Is anyone else getting that? Also, a question for clarification: Does the $15 price tag include the ludicrous shipping? I live in Michigan and its still $9.00 minimum. I'd really like a pendant, but I feel like I can't get it because its not "enough" to get the ring.

But then it doesn't matter, because they only ship through UPS or want to charge a flat rate of $50 for shipping. I won't pay that much to ship a few coasters to me. I will NEVER use UPS again as they are crooks and sneaks who have on multiple occasions sent me to collections because they can't manage to keep their records in reasonable order. Moreso they always want more once the item is delivered. Brokering fees or storage and handling surcharges etc.

Would mind the coaster, but it comes in at $11. Of course you can't get the code at the moment so it could be all gone.

Also seems like a bonehead promotional move if they make the code redeemable for a set period of time and also limit quantity of said code. Sure its "exclusive", but last time I checked small companies also liked "money."

There was a trick I believe, you could add the letter opener to the cart, as well as the DLC ring. When you add the DLC ring, make sure you list 0.05 USD on it, and it will make your bill 15 USD. At least, that was what I was going to do until I saw the 9 USD shipping cost...

I know I shouldn't complain too much due to international shipping costs being ridiculous...

well that may be impossible as the ring dlc is currently unavailable, may have already reached there quota on how many codes they had :S

and I have to wonder why there is no https on the page where you put credit card info >_>

Yeah, still waiting for mine as well. Even though it says on the promotion page that It would be sent once items were despatched, would expect it within the next few days I hope.

I seem to remember it said somewhere during my order that it would be shipped on march 8th or maybe it was by march 8th. I placed my order the day this thread was created. Also I don't think the code is coming by email. It will be on a card with your shipment.

I contacted support about the codes and their response was "The ring of whispers will be emailed" so it will be emailed on the day or before, not 100% sure. Probably just a case of when they get around to it.

Wish they had a set date like "on the 5th all codes will be emailed to people who purchased it"

I'm still waiting for them to return my call. My email account was hacked or something over the weekend and someone changed the password. I spent a good portion of my day yesterday getting a new email account set up with a different provider and going to all the places they send me emails, changing usernames, passwords, and giving the new email address so nothing important is sent to the one I had.

Just got off the phone with Epic Weapons. Lady on the phone told me my stuff was being shipped out today and that I called just in time to change my email address information with them so the code should be sent to my new address.
