I'm from Portugal and I already received my letter opener ($15.95),but I still didn't receive the code for the ring. Does anybody knows when they are going to email the codes to Europe?

Same story here.  I got my order, but no code, and actually no packing slip/invoice either.  And neither a "contact us" note on their website or an email have received a response.

I saw something on this thread about the emails supposedly going out today, but seeing as it's a Sunday I highly doubt that.

I should have bought a DA2 mouse to get the Ring of Whispers.

So what the heck Chris Priestly? How can you endorse this company and tell us we can get a product from them by purchasing $15+ from them for a free code which didn't ship or has been emailed? Very disappointed...

Ordered the Templars Pendant and coaster, and got my shipping confirmation email but it said nothing about the code...sent an email and left them a message. It's almost monday here (Central) and still no code in my inbox. Their live support seems to be down 24/7 as well. Think I'll buy from someone else next time, terrible customer support..

Their customer service is not the best. I let them know that they shipped USPS instead of UPS that I paid extra for and then they did nothing. They did say they'd email a code "by the 6th" but seems that was erroneous as well.

I'm not sure, but when I was browsing around on the website, I recall coming across something that said the code will only be available on the launch date and that we have to wait till then to receive it

I can't find it.  However, now they're saying "The downloadable item, Ring of Whispers, unique code will be sent to each user on launch date of Dragon Age II."

I think you did, because they could be using that item to track who they have to send the ring codes to. Better get in contact with support to make sure you will get a code.

It's the 7th and I checked my email.  No code.  I imagine they've had a lot of traffic for this promotion.  I am just hoping the code arrives in my email by tomorrow before I come home from work.

I just got off the phone with them. The lady said that the emails would go out tomorrow, based on they having to follow EA's directions on when to release the DLC.

So, here's hoping, again.
