Anyone else feel the load times in the PS3 demo were rather long? (Similar to Origins actually)
Does anyone know if they will be this long in the final game?? Seems rather disappointing if so, would have thought they would have at least improved them a little.
PS3 demo load times??

The reason why the load times are so long is becuase the PS3 cant keep up with the Xbox because the Console versions have been downgraded so much that it is hardly good enough standard for PS3! None of that is Proven but it is a well known rumour and fact!

Well I'd like to think that after Origins Bioware wouldn't have a problem, would like to know whihc platform was lead i'm assuming Xbox as usual? Still here's hoping the loading wont be as bad as Origins in the final release.

First, if something is a rumor it cannot be fact. It's one or the other. Second, maybe what I'm about to say is what you meant, but I certainly didn't get it from that.
My guess as to why PS3 is slow is simply because of the way a PS3 works. If it's anything like a PS2 (and I think it is, but could be wrong) the way it deals with data is completely different then most other things, but it works incredibly well when the game is made to deal with that. Since DA2 was made for multi platform the core of the game is designed to be run on all platforms, and in turn probably isn’t as optimized as it could be for the PS3 while a 360 is almost exactly the same as a PC. It isn’t because the 360 is stronger, it’s only because it’s different. That's my educated guess, anyway. I'd also guess that the PS3 final version will still load slower, but not nearly as slow as it is now.
