Tittle shows my problem.
Im wondering if any bonus talens chosen upon creation of a new ME1 character, after the relevant achievement is unlocked, will be carried over to ME1.

ATM im playing an engineer with shotgun as a bonus talent. So far im using an assault rifle with as high accuracy as i can get it so i can unlock the assault rifle bonus power... it would be good if i can then play through ME1 (AGAIN) as an adept, or sentinel... and then bring that power over to ME2 (and use mattock)

No, they won't.

Nothing mechanical about Shepard transfers over to Mass Effect 2 from Mass Effect. You get some bonuses depending on your level and your Paragon / Renegade levels, but they are completely divorced from your specific talents or class.
