Ok I signed up for the DA Newsletter yesterday (Feb 22, 2011) and it says I am entitled to the Staff of Parthalan. I still have some unanswered questions though.

1. Did I sign up too late?
2. Will I recieve a code?
3. Do I need to sync my PSN ID and my EA account?

If someone could answer these questions I would be grateful.
