Don't buy it at BestBuy cuz they are evil price gougers.

A 4650 or 4670 would probably do the task, although they aren't going to be as powerful, or power efficient, as a 5670.

Those Best Buy prices are indeed horrible. $90 for a 4650, when you could get a 5670 for less at a competitively priced store? That Amazon one is a good price, and there are also good sites specializing in electronics like NewEgg and TigerDirect. Don't use Best Buy unless you're locked in by a gift card or something.

Hmm you might be right, for the one you just posted on Amazon what is the power supply needed to run the video card ?

According to the AMD website it needs a 400 watt power supply.

The exact requirement will vary on what your current hardware is already using, of course. If you know your components, you can google up a "power supply calculator" and get a custom answer.

Ah, yeah, if you don't have a spec sheet handy you'll probably have to open the comp up to check. (You might be able to get specs on your manufacturer's website, though they may omit the power supply.)

I don't know. I'd recommend getting the names of your power-hungry components (motherboard type, processor model, that sort of thing) and using a power supply calculator.
