So do they ship the Pre-orders on Nov3 since that is the release date? This is the first time I have ever pre-ordered a game...and I wont do it again if i end up getting it delivered to my home several days after the release date.

Since they don't want people getting it early I'm assuming that they are going to ship on Nov 3rd. I know that amazon does it that way, but EA store might do it differently. Since I ordered from them as well I'm hoping they ship to arrive on Nov 3rd. But then why even offer expedited shipping?

EA's reps have told a few of us here on these boards including myself that even with standard shipping we should receive the game by November 3rd, the release date. We shall see

If it is a NON-CE version and you live in the continental US you should consider ordering from Amazon. $6 for release-day shipping.
Edit: Although, that may not be necessary if the guy above me is correct!

I was trying to figure that out as well my thinking was it would arrive on the 3rd or possibly slightly before as a perk for being willing to preorder rather than buy the game on the release day. The thing that has me wondering if this is correct is my order status is submitted but if I try to view the invoice I get the following.
