Dear Tech Support Forum,
I lost it months and months and months ago in fact, when I first got the game. I don't think I ever used it. Mass Effect 2 was a Birthday present but it arrived early. Since I was not allowed to play it yet I just tore into the manuel and carried the Cerberus card with me in my wallet. Somehow I lost it. I didn't bother reporting it at the time because I wasn't planning on really getting any DLC, I already had my Blood Dragon armor, and that was enough for me, but I'm getting back into Mass Effect 2 and itching to download things, but I don't have a card . . . I can probably prove with shipping orders and addresses and such that I legally bought (or received anyway) the game I have. If I did that, do you think Bioware would be able or willing to give me a new card?

No idea. You'd have to get into touch with EA and see how that comes out is my guess. In which case good luck.

You could either contact Bioware and EA and hope they have one or you could buy the Cerberus Network off of the Marketplace/Store on Xbox Live/Playstation Network! You could also do it the illegal way and find the code for it on the Internet!
