When I played the demo, I was surprised to learn that there was now a long(ish) cooldown on healing potions. I'm not saying it's a good thing or a bad thing, but it is an interesting choice. I was wondering if the timer on the cooldown would change based on the difficulty level you're playing? If I play it on Casual, will I be able to use them more often than if I'm playing on Hard or Nightmare?
