Okay, so I've completed and finished everything, the part where at the end Hawke and that girl that he's going to help ends with more cutscenes of him becoming champion. Up until the end of this, I went pass the ad for pre-ordering the game and after that it goes back to the menu without notifying me if I get to have the Hayder's Razor upon completing this demo when I buy Dragon Age 2 on the PC.
How do I know if I'll get this item? Do i get notified or what?

No idea.
The game force you to log into your EA account. I was logged in all the time when I play. So no idea if it will register after the fact.

You have to be logged in while playing to get it, at least I think so, hasn't really been confirmed
