I bet this will be a popular topic. :)
Anyways, Varric's hail of arrows is just too awesome to dislike as well.

I wish someone from Bioware would confirm or not whether the boobs really are supposed to be bigger in the exaggerated stories. I saw another thread that mentioned this, then I replayed the demo and noticed myself. It'd be hilarious if that was actually done on purpose though.

I am hoping so, though the armor looks, well, decent.

Of course it was done on purpose. Do you not think they would have noticed and fixed it if it wasn't? They're kind of hard not to notice. <_<

It's unfair that FemHawke's boobs aren't nearly as spectacular as anyone else's

C'mon Bethany, aren't sisters supposed to look out for each other?

I'm always amazed that whenever i visit this forum there is at least one active discussion about breasts.

As a gentleman, i can't say that i've really noticed. Besides, for all intents and purposes Bethany is my sister. Ogling her is a little... creepy. And my progressive attitude on women prevents me from simply seeing a great rack when i look at Isabela. I see a beautiful, strong and independent woman.

Hopefully the haters will join me in the 21st century soon.

I do as well. Hell when I first saw her and she was all, "It's 'Captain' Isabella" I thought hey Female Jack Sparrow. She's a real badass and all but my Hawke would offer the services of his mage sister to undo the horrible curse placed on her chest. I mean they look like they would weigh several pounds and cause hell of a back ache.

I don't think they're that big, or even at all disproportionate relative to her frame. I come into contact with many different women with similar figures to Isabela on a daily basis... all of which seem to be able to move comfortably enough.

The criticisms on her cup size are all much ado about nothing, and to me at least, seem like the musings of cavemen.

In a shopping center.

Though really, anybody that spends even a minimal amount of time in a highly populated, public area should realise that voluptuous frames like hers are not so rare as to only exist on the silver screen or in Japanese mangas.

As a Scholar and a Gentleman I would just like to say that I appreciate Breasts. I also appreciate Intellect, a Good Sense of Humor, a Fun Personality, Freckles, Hips, an Imagination, Glasses, Legs, Independence, and the willingness to buy me a drink while talking about books/movies/psychology/theology/the unknown.

All of those things make up a good companion ... the fact that some of those ingredients are physical does not make me or anyone else who appreciates them a pig ... one is only a pig when that is ALL they appreciate.

What's wrong with foursomes?

She's a sexually liberated woman. If two, or four, consensual adults can come together for a good time and walk away at the end of it with little to no emotional entanglement, then what is there to lose respect over.

What do you mean "coaxed"? I was in a loving, monogamous relationship with Leliana by the time i visited the Pearl, so i don't know how the sexual escapades with Isabela go down, but i'd suggest the person that "coaxed" another person into sex is the one that should suffer a loss of respect.

I don't agree that they aren't that big -- they're really quite large.
However, I do agree that she is proportionate, which is what makes her look real and attractive instead of cartoonish. She has a big round butt, and ham-hock thighs that could put a soccer player or Olympic speed skater to shame. Also, although she is clearly in good shape, she is not particularly skinny.  Her face, with its rounded features, thick-ish neck, and cheekbones that don't protrude, reflect that fact as well.

Sure she has giant honking ******, but she is practically the opposite of the Barbie Doll type; she's a muscular, buxom, powerhouse of a woman whose sexuality exists for her pleasure, not (necessarily) the pleasure of the player.  I'd have thought people of both sexes would be happier about that.

The general obsession with sexual elements of all the character in DA2 ie Merrils elf-next-doorness, Isabela's ******, Fenris's smouldering bad boy background is generally pathetic and Bioware really shouldn't pander to the weird demographic that cares about this stuff and should instead focus on writing good games, That's my 2 cents.

Well, a portion of the regular old adolescent boy demographic is propably enjoying those parts of the game, I grant you that. But women are who they really cater to with these things. It's the same demographic as all those new fantasy books written for women. Is it bad that we get a bit of sleazy romance thrown in with all the sleazy violence? I mean, come on – even though Bioware writes some of the best stories in videogames it's still guilty pleasure and always has been. As long as they still tell an engaging story that we can all enjoy through it all, I salute Bioware for making a game that seems to be equally enjoyable for both sexes.
