Oh please. Given your argument, then most films and television programs (Chuck, Lost, etc) are geared towards 13 year-olds simply due to the fact that these shows often have female (and male) eye-candy content. And for those saying how Isabella's outfit isn't realistic and you can't take it seriously, REALLY? What about fireballs and ice shards emanating from the ends of characters hands? 

Here's my take on Isabella's outfit: (i am 32 by the way)

It is sexy, plain and simple. It's not unrealistic in a game that has Darkspawn and shape-shifting witches. If people can't play this because of it, then they had better stop watching films and television and stop reading most magazines where men and women are portrayed provocatively.

Wont happen, Isabela cant tatoo her breasts, the risk of explosive decompression is too big.

If her outfit is the result of having just come in from a ship wreck, you wonder why she didn't do the old traditional in films and stories when a character finds themselves in a strange place without much clothing, and take what she needed from the nearest washing line.
Or maybe she did, and that explains the outfit
