I am having trouble loading my saved games with the toolset. I am trying to edit my character's stats, but everytime I open my game file the toolset stops working and my computer freezes.Eventually I get an error message telling me that the toolset has run out of memory, and I need to restart my computer. Any advice?

Same problem here, but only the latest saves (~8MB) don't work...

I'm a tad confused by this one, not the out of memory error but the toolset error. You edit your saved games with the GFF editor no? You can have that open without the toolset being open can you not?

Ah, okay that problem. In that case you do have to have the toolset open and access from the toolset.I guess.

Bioware needs to release a new version of the ERFEditor and GFFEditor as they delivered the Beta one which was locked to the dragon.age files given to the beta testers. Beerfish you still have your beta key in the toolset directory which is why it works. When I reinstalled it broke for me until I put back that file.

Oh surprise, in loads fine in the GFF Editor. Strange, thought there was no difference to the integrated one in the toolset. Now I just have to find out how to repair Shale... he doesn't seem to know me anymore and enjoys teleporting me out of the areas.

I'll try the GFF editor. I hav ebeen opening it from the toolset.
