I purchased the deluxe digital edition, downloaded the content...and got the screensavers + soundtrack, but NONE of the extra downloadable content. Other people have indicated you have to use the same download manager, but I have no points to download anything, and my registration code (I already used) doesn't work to unlock the DLC.
I've asked the place I bought the code from, and since the code worked to register the game, they've told me that any trouble getting the DLC is to be taken up with Bioware.
I don't care who fixes the problem, I just want it fixed.

I am having the exact same problem except I have no screensavers or soundtrack. I have 0 available DLC content.

Same as VoraciousH. and I'm F*****G pissed off, bought 560 points before I realize Soldier's point ans Warden's Keep were the same thing. DL'd it from steam, I used the redeem code, it shows up in my online profile under game promos, logged in/out to many times to count. So what the F*****G hell? I can't refund the points or spend them either which is BS.

I DL'd from steam and wall papers and sound tracks are there in the bonus directory. After registering all my serial numbers all DLC was there. DLC must be registered and downloaded it doesn't just pop into the game. If you've registered the DLC numbers enter the game and go to the download content and go to progress tab and see what's up. If it shows in the prograss tab but no downloads are happening (they can be slow) try starting the daupdatersvc

Might seem Obvious but make sure you have logged in to your Account when you start the game.
look in the Bottom Left hand of the Screen and make sure you are logged in to your EA account you Redeemed your Keys with

"Cannot start servicefrom the command line or debugger. A Windows Service must first be installed (using installutil.exe) and then started with the ServerExplorer, Windows Services Administrative tool or the NET START command"
I get a feeling this has to do with the OS, Windows 7 on my end.

you can redeem the Codes without being logged into your account , but make sure you are logged in, when i redeemed i didn't have it set to auto log in and and i didnt see the Content i redeemed, until i logged in

also make sure you are signing in on the account you redeemed the codes with.... just trying to throw out some suggestions. i thought it was a little ridiculous to have like 3 different accounts tied to this game, (EA account, My old Bioware account, and this New Bioware social)

C:\\ProgramData\\Electronic Arts\\EADM\\cache\\{ xxxxxxxxxx }\\ -in my cache Win7-
that might have to do with me giving different e-mail in EADM to Bioware account -i think-

I am in the same boat, Direct-to-Drive didn't give me my deluxe edition promo key(for rings and wardens keep stuff like that) til after the fact..day of preloading and day of playing. All I got was the sound files..and pictures, I think it was.
TODAY I discover that my Deluxe Digital Edition INCLUDES the stuff that I paid for........so now I have two copies of some things, which is probably creating a bug right now. *sigh*
SO I registered the promo code for this, and if someone technical can check my account they will see that I will have some things twice, because I paid twice, not knowing that I didn't have to.....I also attempted to download what I paid for...the missing stuff like the dragon armor..that supposedly came with my deluxe digital package, and it doesn't appear.
Not only that the first time I tried to register the missing promo code on this site today...it told me it was invalid, so then I tried again, and it worked.
Now it won't show ingame .........should I reboot..or does it take technical intervention to make it work properly.
If Direct-to-Drive had provided this info right off the bat, it would have all been registered and no problems. I am now on my second play through..and missing alot of content from the looks of things.
Now about the doubles.........do I get refunded somehow? Or am I S.O.L..due to no fault of mine?

UPDATE: dalish promise ring showed up and the memory band, along with some Formori (sp?) skill book. I will come back to this post and list all the other stuff supposedly that comes with this deluxe digital. Not sure if these are new places to fight but there are several images in my download section on direct-to-drive.
UPDATE: Found another promo code........so that means I will have two copies of Warden's Keep(Soldier's Peak) Stone Prisoner............but at least maybe now I can get the durned dragon armor. There is another file something about Frozen Wastes ..that should activate..now I think. Part of this is Direct-to-Drive's fault...some of these promo codes were not listed when I went to download and install......I did check back the next day ..but it wasn't there, kind of wondered why I didn't have any files referring to the armor or the Warden's keep.
So what happens about double paying? Any way to refund that please?

Nothing still happen.
No one write me 2 lines with instructions on how to have my extra content nor
simply told me that i have to forget about it.

They should be in the "bonus" folder, as shown by the search results (e.g. http://social.biowar...8/index/2957781 )
