Can I suggest that those of you wanting help from the PC community here are able to pprovide a full system report ( which is not a dxdiag report )

You can do this by going here

and running the system diagnostic. It will produce a report for you (on your system ) from which you can copy specification to this forum.

The fact is it will be very accurate and you can be sure to remove any personal information from it before posting to this forum.

feel free not to use it. I personally prefer Everest as a system diagnostic tool but as that's not free I offer you this so that those of us who actually understand PC specs can at least see where obvious problems lie in a system.
