Cause every time I play the demo and get to the character creation screen, I SO want to make my own FemHawke.

Its nuts, seeing all the options blacked out.

So, what type of look are you going for when you decide to create Hawke?

Male? Female? Long hair or short? No tattoos or yes to tattoos? Eye color? Eye shadow?

Lets hear your plans.

Me personally, I'm making a FemHawke.

Name- Aurora Hawke
Hair- Hopefully a good looking "long style", although long in Dragon Age is apparently around shoulder length

Eye Color- Something vibrant, that's for sure

Tattoos- A big maybe. If there are good looking ones, I might do it. Might not though.

Features- Not gonna mess around with those too much. I'll hopefully find a good medium, but I'll fiddle if there's an issue like cheekbones sticking out(DAMN YOU ORIGINS).

Eye Shadow- There will be eye shadow. I find that attractive on a woman if she can pull it off.

Make up- None if you don't include eye shadow. I prefer keeping them natural. No time for make up in a bloodbath.

So thats about it as far as I'm thinking right now.

Go ahead and come up with your own ideas.

That was very mean of them to put it in the demo and then say "NO TOUCHY!!"

Me. These things entertain me more than the actual game sometimes. It's the only reason I still have the ME2 demo even though I don't plan to finish it.

Edit: OK...

I generally try out everything available, but usually pick hair that is semi-long, fairly neat, and with the best hairline. I like dark red, or blonde, but I usually end up with brown or black hair.

I try to aim for a slight curve kind of like a beak in the nose instead of perfectly straight, I just think they're pretty if done right. Usually it doesn't look right and I just go for straight.

I like green and dark brown eyes, but I usually end up picking blue.

I like tanned skin, it just looks healthier.

For makeup I either go for very bold or natural.

I still have a problem of making my characters look too cartoonish. I go too crazy with the eye size, and lower them too far.

What I'll try and recreate I suppose. Depending if there are any neat new additions of course. Admittedly this required the toolset, so chances are I won't be able to...

You have no idea how badly I thirst for some character creation.

My first Hawke will be based off Roger Daltrey.

I think it was a silly move from Bioware to disable the CC in the Demo.
Maybe some clever dude can enable it for us?

I hope there's half decent options (like HAIR) without the need for mods... It's Bioware, yeah, but... I can hope. /cross-fingers

Wish they'd released a character creator for this one. Spent quite a bit of the wait time for Origins working on characters, whereas playing a demo to death doesn't quite appeal to me. The character creator was a nice tough, hope it comes back for the next game.

Yeah, I wish the character creator was in the demo, but you gotta take what you can get.

I usually spend a week or two just playing with all the character creation options anyway in games, so it would have easily held me over until release if only they'd allowed CC. T_T

I'm really looking forward to the CC. Hopefully they have some cool hairstyles and facial tattoos. And red eyes please.

At least they let us pick our character's name, haha.

And had it included into their codex entry. That was a nice touch.

Imagine if one of the options was the Illusive Man's eyes from Mass Effect 2.

I would totally freak out if I saw that.
