There isn't one. Thank God.

Hey! If I want my FemHawke to look like a lamppost with two cantelope nailed to it, that's my choice!

Will there be a breast size slider? If not, Bioware has failed.

I hope so... only if it lets me make them smaller.  The boobage in DA2 is so extreme that I can't hardly see the characters for all the boobs everywhere.

Don't care whatsoever.  I don't tinker around with that stuff in RPG's.  Always pick default or a preset.

I don't find FemHawke's mammary area to be a problem so I don't feel like there should be a need to change it.

Plus, people should know that the character creator is for faces and the head area only.

If they want breast reduction or some such, they need to wait for PC mods.

Assuming he's a hippie that still bathes, I'd hit that.

My first playthrough will be a Female Archer Rogue as well.

I want her to look the role. Lean, long hair, absolutely beautiful, with a beautiful name to boot(Aurora).

And striking eyes are a MUST. Goes with the name.

/girly mode on
Do you have an idea of who she's gonna romance? My mage is straight, but I'm not sure who she'll fall for; my rogue is going to go for Isabela, most likely.

I no haz girly mode. I am manly Prince. No princess here.

But she'll likely romance Isabella. Rogue power!

I want Hawke to have a similar face to Surana. I think I can recreate something similar on a human.

<-----

Only, with long hair this time. The elf ears were plastered to the head so I never used the long hair, but in DA2 I'll be human anyway, so I want longer hair. Maybe something like the Lady of the Wood, or like that woman in Isabela's Fools Rush In mission that shouts 'There's the wench we're looking for!' or something.

Any make-up will be subtle. I'd really like some Dalish-y tattooes. They were always more intricate and attractive than the human and dwarven sets, I think.

You mean The Lady of The Forest. But her hair is so long I know for a fact we won't get anything like it.

I'm hoping for something as long as Flemeth's(her new style in DA2).

That looks awesome. I also hope the hair will flow like hers does.

Yeah, Lady of the Forest. I don't mean something as long as hers, but something that frames the face in a similar way.

Really want to play with the character creator now... Maker knows I'll spend hours on it on the 11th.

Sadly, the good hair mods will likely not be available till I've beaten DA:2 50 times and counting (the one I'm using wasn't made till seven months after release of DA:O), but yes. I'd like to have long hair eventually. Till then, here's hoping there's at least a ponytail in the default hair styles.

There's bound to be a ponytail or two.

I just wish we could have longer hair styles. I'm tired of being restricted to short styles on consoles.

Character creation is half the fun, IMO.

I am dying to use the character creator. But I am disappointed there is no face code mechanic for DA2. That was a fantastic feature for ME2 that allowed me to save a dozen different variations in a .txt file and load them up at my leisure and continue to modify them at a later date.

I am going to have to memorize all slider positions when I create faces in DA2 :\\

but I will still spend dozens of hours in the creator.

I'm glad that we'll actually be able to see eye color in Dragon Age 2, I remember choosing green eyes (at least, I think I did. The colors were so hard to see unless you were choosing blue eyes in Origins.) and never remembering for the life of me, if they were even noticeable. /facepalm

With so many mods simply being a component the game checks for in an override folder (ie: it checks a folder and if it sees a file, it uses that instead of the one that came with the game), modding for the consoles would be incredibly easy if Bioware simply put a check in the console versions to scan the harddrive before starting the game.

I imagine the only reason they don't is because they don't want to deal with the support headache.

Now, is there anyone out there who can figure out how to enable the CC in the demo?

Thankfully, choosing eye color in DA2 is MUCH MUCH MUCH clearer.

No way to make a mistake or get confused this time.

I cried when it wasn't in the demo =( lol seriously though yeah I really am itching to use the charecter creator because it takes me Ages to decide on a charecter to play. And I know that when I get the game i will sit there for hours trying to make the perfect charecter before actually getting to play the game =( lol

its one of the things I'm looking forward to the most, if I can take a female Hawke that looks similar to the default and give her my own personal touch I'll be completely satisfied.

Since I had it open anyway, here's the rogue I'm making for my first playthrough.
