Okay, I can't seem to get this answer from retailers. I plan on pre-ordering this weekend to take advantage of the bonuses. I noticed EA and BioWare are offering new incentives (Mabari War Hound, etc.). However, other places are not offering these new incentives in their advertisements. Does this mean that their advertising/promotion isn't up-to-date or that these are EA/BioWare bonuses only?

The Irons is the only EA exclusive item. The Mabari is part of the Black Emporium which is new copy DLC meaning that as long as you buy a new unopened copy of the game you will get the code for it in the box. The only other exclusive preorder DLC is the Amulet of Ashes from Best Buy(in the USA, other retailers in different countries). However do keep in mind that not all retailers are offering the Fadesheer and Lion of Orlais(if they have the offer on their site it should be good).
