I know Kelly doesn't count as an LI per se, but will having dinner with her just so she can feed my fish affect a relationship with Liara from ME1? Apparently Liara's picture will stay up in the captain's cabin but I was wondering if Liara mentions Kelly at the end of Shadow Broker or anything if you romanced her.
Liara/Kelly romance consequences?

Liara will not mention Kelly, no. As far as I am aware, Liara will act as if Shepard has been perfectly faithful, and the dialogue will function as if the relationship with Kelly is nonexistent.

There is also 2 different paths on Kelly's dialogs. Friendly and Flirty. Go with Friendly if you don't want to take chances with Liara romance. Dialogs are mostly same, but if you go with friendly path she won't send you message after SM and you can't call her up to your cabin.
As far as I know if you don't choose the option. "I might do more that just catch you!" You are on friendly path. Even if you choose that Kelly will ask you about it next time to find out if you are sure.
As other's said there isn't any visible effect on romancing Kelly, but some of us hope she will become full romance and we get something out of it.

Haha, well I want to stick with Liara but at the same time I want my fish fed I'll just hope it doesn't affect ME3 either.

Kelly is so sexy with her fish-feeding ability, isn't she? No, Liara didn't mention me romancing Kelly at the end. She metioned that I was romancing Garrus instead. Seemed to think that it was more important. =P
