I downloaded and played the demo on the PS3, then when finished playing the demo went back to DAO and when loading my savegames (all of them do this) no time no date no details, all character saves show as level 0 no locations or anything so do not know anymore which is which... On top of that it also corrupted items within the game for example armours changing into things they were never meant to be such as some plate armours like Juggernaut set switching from requirement of 38 str to use to 38 magic... So Morrigane all of a sudden can wear plate with 1 str while Alistair with 42 cannot...

Also glitch I assume (I hope only in demo) is the D-Pad in controls help window says can tab between targets and such while in the demo itself it DOES NOT.. I hope thats a glitch seriously and that will not be the case in the retail version.

On side note can you please please please add option on console versions to shrink down the UI on the console versions, it takes up FAR too much of the screen health/stamina/magic bars and portraits and such, it's truly disgusting playing on large widescreen TV and 20% of the screen is taken up with just health bars etc scrolling across it when such a simple option added to game which requires very little coding at all can solve it.
On the note of issues will there be an option to hide or disable the icons 'telling me' what I'm saying should be interpreted as, it's an adult (rated) fantasy game keyword being adult we know what we want to say and why we are saying it... We don't want a game telling us the obvious treating us like we are retards.

*checks ps3 save files*

Yay they are fine. sucks about that though hopefully a dev will help you out.

my first play through i didnt even realise i was in a romance with Alistair :P sometimes i have no idea if what my character would say would be sarcastic or plain mean so im glad they added it. Last thing, if you wanna zoom out get it on PC and dont play it on wide screen? use 16:9 or something.

I don't know why mine has corrupted then because until I install demo they were fine. I'm using DA:O Ultimate Edition if thats cause of it? All addons installed at start with exception of return to Ost because still on first playthrough and wont let me install it yet I think.

I play on 40" Widescreen HDTV it takes up far too much of screen on massive bars imo, it should be alot smaller, feels like I'm playing a high resolution game on HD in Widescreen and the game itself demo wise looks nice enough (with exception of they seemed to have gave up when came to hair which seems painted on peoples heads), but the bars and general UI seem to be low resolution drawn on in vivid bright colours not suiting the style of game. I just hope theres a way to shrink the UI so doesn't make you feel like your constantly focusing your eyes on bars and icons instead of gameplay (like that but 10x worse) itself which is how it comes across to me due to how bright and big the UI is.

I don't want to get for PC because don't want to spend hundreds of £'s to upgrade it for one game, also fact friend has preordered signature edition copy on PS3 for me so if switched now would lose that benefit.

For a simple option (small piece of code no more than few lines or section of global-variable style code) to allow people to reduce the UI scale since it's just basically an overlay, I don't think would be asking too much from the Devs to put in retail version of title.

Am I the only one who has actually had this happen then? IF thats the case I'll chalk it up to a one time random glitch I guess.
