So, the first two times I tried to run the game, after I got past the cinematics and clicked on new game, it came to the loading screen and froze. I could still move the mouse, but I couldn't get out of the screen, by alt-tabbing, cntrl-alt-del, or anything.

So, each time I had to use the power button to reboot. I switched the screen to windows mode, and THAT worked... sorta. It froze for awhile, when I switched scenes from the scene where you are fighting all the raiders to the one where that girl that wants the duel confronts her opponent? Well, when you click on the chantry thing, it switched to the loading screen, and froze for quite some time. Since it was windowed now, I could get to my other screens, but strange thing, when I went to other screens, then came back to that screen, it unfroze and continued the loading process. I exited, it froze, I went back and forth a couple more times, and it unfroze again and finished loading.

So, apparently, my game is prone to freezing during the load screens. It did it in a way I could not get out of it when in full screen load - I literally left it all night and it never unfroze, though ass before, I could move the mouse.

And it froze and unfroze as I went in and out of the screen when in windowed mode.

Any idea why it would be doing this? I suspected a video issue, but again, it only does it during the load screens.

You could try reinstalling. It would also be wise to post your specs.
