Okay here's the deal. Back when Mass Effect came out I played through it
several times (reaching level 59) and once on the Hardcore difficulty. I
used Saren's gamer picture for awhile on Xbox Live then switched it up,
assuming I had it permanently.

Long story short, Red Ring, got
another Xbox, brother gave our cousin the old hard drive with my Mass
Effect data on it, he deleted everything (still call him to chew him out
for that regularly). No more level 59 (or Extreme Power Gamer)

was online when I played so I have all the achievements still, just not
the saves. But I also have no Hardcore gamerpic. Is there ANY way to
recover it? If I play through again will I get it back or do you only
get it when the achievement pops?

I really don't want to play
through Hardcore again with a brand new character for nothing. And I
really want that pic back. Can anyone help?

I posted in the Gen Forum, but I'll just repost here.

You should be able to eventually recover it, but you might have to replay the game on Hardcore to get that data onto the HD you will be using for the Gamer Pic to show up again.

Have you installed the game to the HD and fired up the game yet?

Since you got a new Xbox 360 you are likely going to have to transfer some things to your new 360 anyway. This site below gives you some info on the process, and you can review your licenses before committing to the transfer.

I did the Transfer it's very easy as long as both the PC and 360 have Internet access as you do the Transfer.
