So, I've bought Kasumi's DLC. Now what? I see no way to actually install it.

Go into the menu at the left; select Profile-->Your registered game promotions. You'll find all free DLC's and those you bought. Download the file you want, then launch it and wait a bit while the installer does his job.

Thanks, but it just lists the CN stuff. It doesn't show the DLC I bought.

Did yuo purchase it under the same account, or use another account to do it? If you purchased it under this account, then it should be showing up under the registered game promotions as cirripuzzo stated. If you used another account, then it wont be linked to this account. If thats the case, you will need to contact EA support to get them to merge the accounts.

If you did purchase it under this account, then sounds like something has gone screwy with it, and you will still need to contact EA support ni order to get it sorted.

hey, I go to registered game content, and the stuff that i redeemed for ME2 is available for download, but my registered ME3 stuff only hass the "more info" option. Help a dumb krogan find out what he's doing wrong, would you?

Boggy is off on a sabbatical. You posted your comment to a too-long dead thread, and mixed up where you were when you did it. This is ME-2, not ME-3, and they differ. This needs to be in the correct forum, and from now on, avoid necroing threads over six months out of date. Thank you.
