I disagree, but this is a subjective matter. You could just stick it out until you get Merrill, cause her recruitment seems to be pretty early on in the game. Then you get to hear the awesomeness that is Eve Myles voicing her.

I quite liked Vanille's voice acting. It's Snow that grates on me, though that may be more to do with the character than the voice acting itself.

On the other hand, Lizard, you disliked Mama Hawke/Mama Cousland. You have awful taste.
