I thought I read somewhere that mages would have a different build to warriors and rogues this time around, yet the game footage of Mage!Hawke seems to have him EXTREMELY buff. Is that just Hawke because he's awesome, or do the mages and warriors actually have different body models this time around?

If you read build and not something like body Build or something that specifically references the bhody then it was them talking about the class' skill sets and how they would be different.

Can you get a source to back-up your claims? I'm not doubting you, but it's not much to go on when their is no official word to go on.

Too bad this isn't true,

I hate that all People in kirkwall have same body model depending on race.

Why does my Rogue need Pecs the size of texas?

To impress the ladies? Or... men?

Was it killed with fire? Or did a dev dispel it?

Does being a Mage automatically bar you from exercising? Is there a problem with having a fit Hawke Mage in the stead of a sickly, thin Hawke Mage? :P

I am now Hulk the Mage! This does not make sense, or does it? Cheese for everyone!

I think it's a matter of time. If you spend all your time fighting darkspawn with a longsword then you're going to be more muscular than a mage who spends all his time fighting darkspawn from a distance, with a stick and the power of his mind.

I highly doubt that Hawke has a gym in the basement of the Amell estate where he can benchpress. And I don't think Thedas has the equivalent of protein shakes.

While it is true that Mage Hawke has some crazy muscles, I have to say that I DO like that a lot of the characters have different bodies. Fem Hawke is much more lithe than, say, Bethany or particularly Isabella, even though they're all human. Flemeth seemed to have a different body than any of them. in DAO everybody looked identical, which was somewhat annoying IMO.

Yeah I remember reading that too somewhere but I don't think male Hawke and Anders look less threatening than a warrior or rogue....maybe its in the stats?

Or no cheese. It's just as much of a celebration if you don't like cheese. :D
