As much as I love Alistair, I really hope that they don't delve anymore with this character in a sequel.



Alistair, to me at least, is absolutely wonderful as he is in DA, and the endings I've shared with this character are just irreplaceable.



I wouldn't think Bioware could even put this character in another sequel considering there are too many optional choices with the story. So here's hoping he stays as he is! The best character ever! <3 ~

Yeah, i got to level 13 on WoW and got too bored, it's not quick enough for me,

i'm trying to play the xbox and laptop right now, not going well, just got owned by a single darkspawn

I managed to get to level 46 before getting bored =o My DA character actually has the same class and name as my WoW character (Rogue, Naryn)

Ohno! And the xbox version is supposed to be easier too =o I guess I shall just have to oogle Alistair for now then find time to oogle Balthier later...

Ranger and Duelist. I probably would have gone for Assassin rather than Duelist but Zevran is refusing to play nice and teach me and I'm actually happier this way. Ranger is love as you can summon animals and Duelist is fun stuff (I forget what special stuff you get with it right now xD)

I'm watching Balthier videos on youtube now... I'd forgotten how amazing he was *Sigh* Not long until there are Alistair videos cropping up I bet

You know if there's a sequel he'll at least make a cameo. Thing is, no matter how many endings there are, they will eventually (if they make a sequel) have to decide which one was canonical. He could actually be the villain, that would be different. A villain who you can actually sympathise with? that would be deeper than Loghaine, that's for sure.

I'm pretty sure that your choices in Mass Effect are supposed to effect you in ME2, so there shouldn't really be a canonical version there. They have to do this sort of thing for their Star Wars games (in fact, it's not even them that does it, it's usually an outside canon source) because of that unique situation, but it isn't necessarily the case here.

Pets are awesome and I love fighting with a wolf by my side<3 I always forget to select the duelist skill I have at present during rights xD My quick bar is full and I forget its there as I'm all "AH DRAGON FIRE BOMB ACID FLASK DIRTY FIGHTING SWITCH TO MAGE" =D  Race doesn't have *that* big of an impact but the general opinion is that Human Noble is the weakest origin. I loved the Dalish Elf one personally but it doesn't really matter~

Yeah the Dalish Elf origin was a very good story, and i hate humans, nasty buggers D= I started on the human noble and the idea of being a prince and teh king leaving etc sounded boring, but the dalish elf one was nice, the city elf one was also quite nice, and sad D=
i'm gonna choose elf or dwarf, if the dwarves are like the LOTR ones then bring it ON! Dwaves are hilarious, plus the ones in WoW have a scottish accent, and a beard to store food =D what more can you ask for?

Can my male character have a romance with him too? Does the game allow m/m or f/f rel.ships, and if so - does it work with every companion or just some of them? Can you have a romance to more than one at the same time? (Or switch from one to another?)

I'm sorry but I found Alistair to be a wimp and a **** for most of the game until the end. For most of the game I was having to get him to man up.

If you're playing a fantasy game, then humans are a bit too mundane too xD I might go through all the different origins before actually having a proper second play through as city elf and both the dwarf origins seem really interesting and I want my next character to be a mage ><

Ha, you should so do it xD Balthier and Fran cosplay... would make me so happy. I would even break my Nodressingup rule for it.

I think you can get Alistair in a M/M/F scenario in Denerim though I think, according to the strategy guide you have to "harden" him to do this.

O_O you can get gay sevran and lesbian Leliana? wow finally some mano mano action in a game :happy::devil:  although balthier would still be better D= 

my perfect game would be Balthier, Billie Joe Armstrong,  colin firth, some funny dwarf dude, a hot elf, cristina scabbia and beyonce =o but thats just me, and we could have a eightsome XD wow i'm being pervy today lmao

In each of the KOTORs you were able to tell the game or npc how your last character was when they asked, so I'm sure they'll give you options if they bring the characters up, But! we also have to realize that ---SPOILER--- wardens only live for 30 years, will they still be around to do a cameo?

The mage origin is quite good as well, but a bit boring and longer than the city elf one, and yeah i want to try the dwarf ones =O

Alistair makes my black, shriveled heart soften just a little. The romance with him and my PC was just so...pure and sweet. At first I was frustrated that he wouldn't get on with it and get in my damn tent, but it was so worth it to wait. I can see him being a great 'buddy' to a male PC too.



At times I did find him frustratingly indecisive and petulant, but he's kind of a man-child. Could still use a bit of emotional growth

I'd love that!   My elven mage is totally in love with him, he's great, she even thinks his not wanting to lead in any way adorable and she doesn't mind taken over, pretty much anything...  I have not beaten the game so I don't know the ending I get, but because my character is an elf I'm bracing myself for a bitter sweet ending.
