Whenever I am not logged onto the internet on my xbox I conveniently get to find out that all of my DLC is corrupted and that I must download them again. The moment I have net, everything works, no need to do anything. This is rather annoying; I payed for all of my DCL and should not need to connect to the net to use it as far as I am aware. If there is anything that can be done to help let me know.

I had a similar problem on Dragon Age with certain dlc items. It meant some moving and redownloading which eventually solved the problem. You should be able to play offline, I do with ME2 and DA with most or all the available dlcs.

Yes, but that was also under a different gamer-tag. When it comes to my gamer-tag, no I have not played it on a different console.

OK, well I can suggest you at least check this site to see where your licenses are: Transferring Content Licenses to a New Console, you do not have to complete the process, but you can at least see where the Licenses are currently connected to.

I'm not clear where the issue could be since you can use your content when online, but not when offline. My first guess was from being on different consoles.
