As far as the whole Hackett surrenders to allow for shep and research girl to flee I really hate that idea I'm sure Hackett might do that but that's alot for one person the whole 5th fleet for one girl and some research too much if you ask me. I don't care if she was holding onto a wormhole weapon that's alot it's like giving the whole army of pearl harbor over inorder to obtain the nuke.
I liked how in DA you could fight really hard enemies and get captured if you died/failed or you could surrender I'm working on a replay so trying to stay alive in this part to see if I win it do I still end up captured or not so I'd like an opportunity for such to happen if this scenario shep giving in happens so Midior shep can fight to the end where the character would normally die this would just be a we knocked him out and we've got him. Or para Space shep for instance could surrender so part of his team or all of it and girl could leave.
What if shep had to decide who held the room with him and who escorted girl to ship? If BW kept to the usual 2 squad mates + shep model shep would have to pick between his two mates who will most likely surrender and or get captured by the batrians so they can create a large enough distraction for second squad mate and girl to flee?
Depending on who you pick to stay curtain things would happen in the room for instance Garrus, Legion, Mordin, Jacob, Jack , and Zeed would all make bombs go off in certain location during the fight. Tali, Kasumi and Miranda would rig up traps or jerry rig shrapnel components during the fight. Gunt could charge up and ram crates over ontop of people. Each would add more damage to the enemy and if you got captured with the one you choose during the ME3 breakout they'd either come get you or add to what weapons you do or don't have.
