Tried searching for this problem, but only found one unanswered thread on the old forum so I apologize if this has been addressed already.

Problem is this, I equipped Daelan with a Chain Shirt after picking him up and exited the Trade of Blades. Then next time I checked his stats, everything but strength was at 8. I'll try to figure this out, but would appreciate any help.

Edit: Okay, first thing I tried was saving and reloading and that seemed to fix it. Still curious about this. Is it a recurrent bug and can it be fixed?

Just by the method you've uncovered... reload. A known issue which can happen to any henchie or your PC. It is only a temporary screen report gliche. If you watch the combat log, the "true" values are being used by the game.

Just wondering, Did this happen in a multiplayer or single player game. If it was single player, Odd, never seen it happen there before

It happens occasionally in SP, Lightfoot. Others have noticed it also, though it been a while since I have noticed it. It's similar in mechanics to when a shifter comes out of polymorph. The stats just don't always reset for some reason.

Thanks Hip, I thought it might be just a report error since the combat log showed a consistent BAB. It is as you say, an annoyance but nothing more.

Strangely, I've had it only happen, and constantly, with Tomi. I haven't noticed any other henchman with this problem.
