I am really amazed how many stupid comments people have made in these posts regarding my original post.. If any of you want to blame whoever for this issue the main issue is this.. ITS biowares fault for allowing this PERIOD. Bioware could have said NO and Microsoft couldnt have done anything about it.. This does NOTHING for a gold membership. The overall person effected by this choice is BIOWARE. They are the ones who make the cash not Microshaft. Save your comment as really they dont matter. The only person who should be replying is Bioware with an offical statement of why...

This is incorrect.

BioWare has absolutely no control over Microsoft and can not say "Do this, don't do that". It is Microsoft (and EA) that tells BioWare what to do in terms of their own systems, not in terms of making a game of course. Just like the ESRB has the power to kill a game with an "Adult Only" rating, and the game can only be made to fit their filters, not change the filters because they demand it.

Your demand is unprovoked.

You don't get to make demands of Microsoft, customer.

Does anyone understand what the word DEMO MEANS? Its a demo to promote the sale of the game. A demo implies there is NO COST as its a DEMO. Wether Bioware or Microsoft did this its BAD. Its really stupid and BAD! Why would you ever charge or require a membership in order to sell a product? This is the main reason why I never joined Xbox live because of horrible stuff like this.. WOW REALLY?

Did you miss the many posts telliing you that you do NOT have to pay for a silver membership?

What exactly is your problem?  There's no charge for a silver membership, thus there is no charge for the demo.

End of conversation.

So let me get this straight.. To get this demo I have to be a member of Xbox live? Does someone not understand the word DEMO?

Here is another problem.. I cant get the free DLC because I have to join xbox live in order to do that?

How is that fair at all considering I can download it for free for PC and get it..

I think Bioware really needs to just give us the free dlc if we have done it once on another platform. This is really dumb we have to pay to get a demo

Would you rather not get anything at all? Either deal with it or don't besides this is hardly Bioware's problem go tell Microsoft that you can't afford to purchase a 1 month membership that only cost around $7, or you could just *gasp* wait until it's available for silver members. At least you'd get to play the demo.

Microsoft could have denied Bioware from even having the demo on the 360 if they wanted to.  You want to have your games on the 360 you have to play by their rules.
Take Fallout New Vegas for instance.  Very buggy game, so why did the PC and PS3 get their updates a full week to two weeks before the 360?  Microsofts rules about how they need to examine eveything that goes on their system before they will allow it to be loaded into XBox Live so that you can then download it.

Dear OP,

The silver version will be available next week, my god grow up, the world and its inhabitants are not here to serve your every whim and desire. The world is not fair contrary to what you might have been told in school, not everyone gets a trophy, and sometimes, those who pay for things get them sooner then those who want a free meal ticket. My ten your old son whines less in 3 months then I have seen you do in this thread in less then 24 hours.

Wait wait wait. You're saying I have to pay an ISP to use their bandwidth to download a demo? Does Cox not understand what a demo is? Screw you bioware!

Not entirely. I demanded my money back once from Microsoft for an Xbox live purchase and I actually got it.

Certainly not the norm... but it does happen!
