I've not had any problems until I downloaded and installed WH, GoA, and the feastday gift pack.  DLC that is already installed claims to be downloading and installing for a second time. Since it claims to be downloading its preventing me from playing, I'm not exactly sure how to fix this, and I can't figure out how to stop the downloads either.(which would be an acceptable short term solution.) Its been happening consistantly everytime I open the game. It seems to be attempting to download and install all of my DLC.

Have this problem too. Installed DLC are downloading again and then failing to install.

PS: Just deleting all the content from %My Documents%\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\AddIns and then redownloading all the DLC seem to solve the problem. I don't know for how long though.
