Basically the back-story of my male Shepard is he was genetically engineered similar to Miranda but in my male Shepard case he is similar to Jack to be the ultimate biotic (Adept class) which almost puts him on par with Asari abilities. Since he was genetically engineered he was quickly promoted to Commander always getting the job done no matter what the cost with his Biotics (ruthless). Still follows those guidelines doing what it takes being a jerk throughout the game siding with the Illusive man and such for saving his life when the Alliance abandoned him and spent their time rebuilding him even better then ever. Eventally he starts to open up to Jack since they are similar.

Anyhow i want him to fall in love with Jack and not do the casual sex option. Cause they are kinda kindred souls sorta to speak. So how should i approach her? Do normal renegade choices with thinking about pirating and such till she asks if I'm eyeballing her up then pick the paragon options from there? I know most of the crew don't mind renegade options but Jack is a little more complex.

Well, I remember there being a middle option, I'd suggest saving right before speaking with her and trying out the different options available for that dialogue.

I'm pretty sure you can say a fair number of renegade options to Jack, or at least middle options.

The key is selecting the top option/middle option and NOT the bottom option when she asks if you want to have casual sex. From there out its pretty straightforward.

Honestly, if its the 1st time you're romancing a specific character, I just recommend as Praetor Shepard suggests, in that you save right before talking to them to make sure you cant make a mistake, and get the desired outcome. There is a reason even Bioware suggests you save often during the load screens :)
