Hello all.  I've been searching and I'm having no luck finding a company that either has premade stencils or makes stencils from images I would provide.  I'm hoping a few people have come across companies that do that kind of work.  

I've been told that there is a company that makes decals for trucks and the like in my area.  Once I locate them I'll ask them about making a stencil or two, but I would like other companies I can review and/or talk to as it never hurts to have more than one ace up your sleeve.  

Why I want this is a good friend of mine is getting married soon.  I have in mind a present fit for him and his soon-to-be-misses, but I need the stencil for what I want to do.  The image I'd like to use is this one

minus the hand holding it if possible and I want to spray paint it on a mirror.

I know I can use kryon's frosted glass spray paint, but I want to know if there's a black version of that I can use and/or other colors.  Thanks in advance.
