Bioware/EA did present the demo to Sony and Sony is in charge of how things are distributed on PSN. To be safe you should address this to Sony's PSN support group as well.

Thanks for the tip wolfsite. Hong Kong PSN replied and there was no apparently no plan to release the demo in Hong Kong (not sure about other Asian regions). No help from Bioware/EA either. So I guess no demo. Oh well this is a disappointment after seeing the announcement in the Dragon Age 2 site.

You can still try it on your PC. You won't get the exclusive reward for your PS3, but you can still try the demo out.
