Its more the principal for me at any rate. I had it there for such a long time and to hear people who ordered days before the offer was due to expire still have it listed as arriving makes me even more annoyed. No offense to you guys and girls of course.

So for a concerned enquiry they decided to send me back this!!!! 5 months ordered and they do this to me a few days before release !!!

This is exactly what they did to me, pm chris like i did see what he says about it. Its just appauling that they use a simple enquiry as an excuse to cancell peoples orders.

Oh, it's definately still a problem with Play.com too. Their treatment of customers and inherent lack of care about the whole thing is completely unwarranted and apalling. However, EA's own handling of this entire thing is non-existant, which is equally unacceptable. If Play.com shouldn't be having stock problems but claiming they are, then EA should step in and say "wooh, hey, we have plenty of stock Play, leave the pre-orders alone". It's not like we're complaining about prices or what DLC is being given, our whole orders are being cancelled for apparantno reason.

My contact at EA UK has responded but he can't check anything until Monday/Tuesday (not at work etc etc). I'll keep you informed if I hear anything back but I would assume it will all kick off tomorrow when everyone goes back to work.
is it still 360/PC versions getting cancelled or have PS3 ones now been included?
