Im on the phone to them now. On hold. Call centre in Asia and apparently they have no phone numbers to anyone in the UK for me to speak too!!
Her: "I am unable to answer that sir, thats an issue for head office"
Me: "So can you transfer me there or get someone to call me"
Her: "No sir I cannont do that, we dont have any numbers"
Me: "Of course you have links to your UK headquaters, pop me through because you just told me no one in your office can deal with my issue"
Her: "No I cant do that"
heh so they outsourced their call centre staff from india then -______________-
And there it is, the reason for all the incompetance, call centre staff that have no damn clue.
This is not good at all =/
