Me: "Its a word meaning too understand and appreciate the feelings I have in regards to the issue. Essentially putting yourself in my postition. If you were to send this email how would you expect a reply to it?"
Her: "... ... ... Sorry Sir your order for the Signature Edition has been Cancelled"
I dont know if I should laugh or cry at that!! They really dont have any idea how to treat customers!
