it's a bloody video game. she got... err... blessed by the maker. Try reading a comic, Isabela has nothing compared to some of those characters
(disclaimer: this is a personal opinion. do not rage. it's a game. if it bugs you that much... go help out at your local womens' rights chapter or something... cuz people there need help more than a fictional character in a game/end random rant)

Actually...there are some people raging back and forth about whether the changes are a big deal or not...but other than a few humorous comments regarding Isabela's "blessings" I don't think anyone here is all that concerned about her breast size, just the changes to her overall appearance...which, again, is due to the change in art style as explained by Woo earlier.

Flemeth was always in disguise to begin with. Don't you remember the stories being told about Flemeth? She's a shapeshifter for crying out loud, she can change into a toilet if she wants to.
