Playing on my computer the demo crashes a lot. Dragon Age did this too and I think it's because I'm pushing my computer's specs to the max. I got around the problem while playing DA by saving all the effing time, but you can't save in the demo?!? Does anyone else have any hints on keeping the game from crashing? I basically can't finish the demo (got as far as the second ogre, is that the last battle?) because of this problem. The game is beautiful, combat is delightful, I just wish there was more story to the demo, it's super combat - intensive, and I hope the whole game isn't that way.
demo crashes, no save game?

Are you playing on Win 7? Try running as an admin. It worked for me. Or maybe your computer just can't handle it?

Do you use DX11? It was said that this is bugged so you should use DX9.

I am running on XP and my graphics card is just whatever came with my computer and is rated lower than the game requirements... everything else is fine. I'm starting to think about updating my graphics card, I guess I'll wait and see how I do with the game, and save all the time, and if that doesn't work out I'll see about upgrading. I followed the directions for dealing with the DX problem and that's fine.

The demo also crashed for me after a while (Windows 7, DX11). It would be great if we could save, since the demo is seems so unstable...

Xelrach ... play the Demo with DX9 as render ... DX11 is not supported in the Demo ..meaning that it's not optimized or even stable.
Areknaron ... DX11 or DX9 as render?
Harperrevan ... I think its time to upgrade!?! There's also The Witcher 2, Mass Effect 3, Elder Scrolls 5 and even more this year ... its a great age for gaming .. so If you have to upgrade ..now is the time
