I just love all these comments that people "Are afraid/don't like change". Sometimes you meet someone with a different opinion other than your own, it's to be expected on a public forum. Too immediatly dismiss them as just being afraid of change does not make you the better man/woman.
Personally, I dislike the direction they took with the Hurlocs. Ogres and Emissaries look great, but I think the Hurlocs look like completly different creatures, not the tall and imposing kind but the scrawny and pathetic kind. I do agree with Dragon Age trying to find its comfy spot as far as style and art direction goes...but those Hurlocs...
And where are those damn Genlocs? Aren't they supposed to be more common than Hurlocs due to Gens being made from dwarven Broodmothers? They are probably all on vacation in Orlais.

This is the internet. People complain here because we can't hit them.

The first Darkspawn from DA:O did indeed have a skinned human look that was shocking to see (from an ingame perspective) and matched what they represented. These just have white skin...? The change of look doesnt not bother me, but they are alot tamer then they were.
Personally, I liked the new Flemeth. She had the air of power and unknown about her that was distinctly lacking in the other. The voice suited her well also.
Its like watching a sequel to a film and finding they have changed the actors! Cant do anything about it. Watch it or leave it. Love it or hate it.
